The brilliant team behind The Charcuterie at Parsonage Farm are about as passionate as it gets when it comes to food. Creating great products, in their world means sourcing and using the best quality produce they can find, and they really believe that animal welfare comes first. There is no doubt in Paul & Dave's minds that those loved and organically reared animals make all the difference.

So they will go out of our way to find the right thing, we have been known to drive miles to get the perfect flavour! But much like LoLa, are big fans of local produce, and source most of their ingredients that way.
