Product Details
Flank steak is a long, flat cut flavorful piece of meat, that is very lean.
Despite its toughness, it can be a tasty and tender if you learn how to prepare it properly. Flank steak benefits from marinating, and is best enjoyed grilled over high heat or slow-braised.
It is a cut of beef steak taken from the abdominal muscles of the cow, located just behind the plate and in front of the rear quarter.

This beef is reared at Clodagh McKenna’s sustainable farm in Hampshire. The Aberdeen Angus cows are outdoors all year round in a field rotating system, they graze on organic grassland which is rich in wild herbs and flowers and are traditionally butchered and aged for a minimum of 28 days.
