Will Dobson is behind this family owned and run business, helped by a team of local staff. Apple juice has been pressed at Hill Farm since the 1970's as part of a substantial fruit farm supplying apples and pears to the supermarkets.

Hill Farm is located in the South Downs National Park about 8 miles from Winchester; here there is a microclimate which (conveniently) is beneficial to the growing of excellent apples and pears. A perfect spot for juice making
