This green tea is sourced from the beautiful rolling hills of the Satemwa Estate in Malawi. A delicate, clean tasting green tea with a sweet, aromatic flavour and lingering, toasted notes.
The Zomba Green tea is named after the Zomba District in Malawi, and is not, as some might assume, made from actual Zombies.
PERFECT BREW:
1 heaped tsp per cup
100 degrees C
3-5 minutes
Perfect on its own.
For the best tea use fresh, filtered water. Each pot can be infused 2-3 times, simply add freshly boiled water.
