Luxury, traditional hand made butter made using milk from free range cows on the Marlborough Downs. This milk is processed by Berkeley Farm Dairy.
Both the butter wrap and label are fully compostable.

PARTNER BIO & TRACEABILITY:
Owned and run by the Gosling family since 1908, Berkeley Farm Dairy has 120 free range Guernsey cows living on a 350 acre estate, where they produce delicious organic products.
Under the management of Nick, an approach of maximising animal welfare and freedom allowing the cows to enjoy grazing during the spring, summer and autumn, whilst bedded on deep litter straw during the winter makes for a very happy herd.
Taking their organic approach seriously, a large proportion of the wheat for the cows is grown on the farm and with no fertilisers or chemical sprays used anywhere. All this culminates in the highest quality milks, creams, butters, yoghurts and fresh juices.
