Old Tom Gins were downed by the bucket load back in the 18th and 19th centuries. The style is a bridge between Genever and London Dry, drier than the former and sweeter than the latter.
Silverback Old Tom Gin is made with the seven same botanicals as our Silverback Mountain Strength Gin, but at higher levels to create a much richer flavour. It is then delicately sweetened with a touch of sugar.
