THE PERFECT SERVE:
Mr Hobbs suggests 40ml of perfectly balanced Rhubarb & Ginger liqueur is combined with ice cubes and a premium ginger ale in a tall, cold glass.
Equally enjoyable, if you prefer, would be 35ml in a champagne flute and simply fill to the brim with Prosecco.
To garnish either, you could add a stick of rhubarb if the season allows or simply place a twist of lemon citrus zest atop for an instant classic cocktail.

INGREDIENTS 45ml Mr Hobbs Gin 45ml Rhubarb & Ginger liqueur 15ml Cloudy Apple Juice 7.5ml French aperitif (Lillet Blanc)
HOW TO CREATE Place all ingredients into an ice filled shaker, shake and fine strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
EMBELLISH Dehydrated apple slice.
