Lord & Lady Carnarvon with their dedicated team of gardeners, manage the botanicals that come from the Monk’s Garden and the Victorian-era Orangery, picturesquely located behind the castle.

THE PERFECT SERVE:
According to Highclere Castle's Head Butler one should:
Fill the glass with ice, followed by 50ml of Highclere Castle gin, slowly pour over an artisanal tonic water, and give a gentle stir.
Cut an orange peel, and twist it over the top of the glass which releases its natural oils. Place the orange peel into the glass, along with a fresh sprig of rosemary.

22.5ml Lavender Syrup
22.5ml Lemon Juice
Half an Egg White
HOW TO CREATE
Add all the ingredients to a shaker full of ice. Shake and strain into a glass, leaving the ice in the shaker.
