Traditionally made using a combination of gin, sweet vermouth and either triple sec or orange curacao 137 have adapted this serve to best suit its products.
Using the very latest batch of its award winning London Dry gin, they have chosen to steep the spirit post-distillation in the very same Spanish dried orange peel that goes in as a botanical for 8 hours, to create a gin and curacao hybrid that requires no added sugar.
Further to this, they’ve added both sweet and dry vermouth – both by our friends at Bramley and Gage to give what they believe to be the perfect balance of juniper, citrus and dryness for this iconic cocktail.
